Madison is an interesting place.

It’s growing rapidly, there’s push and pull on growth, and we tend to hear from people who have been in the area for more than two decades.

I wanted to provide some perspective from someone who moved here, decided to stay here, and wants to be here for the long run. My investment horizon is decades and I want Madison to best it’s best possible self.
